The Abbess class ship of the line is my favourite model of Armada until now. The decoration on the bow, the ostentatious (but not too) rear castle, combined with an awful amount of sail, looks great to me.
I’m also quite proud of the paint job. Two more pictures below.
Now my ships have been finished. Until the lockdown is over* there won’t be any games using them and my other four ships are in another (and therefore forbidden) house at this moment.
I’ll start basing the ships one of these days. Other than that, I still have a war cry warband to finish.
*Sadly, the Covid lockdown has been extended to the 9th of February last week and there’s a serious chance that it may be extended again. Covid sucks, but the only way to beat it is by keeping distance.
