After my blog post of last week in which I posted two starter lists, a new request came along. This time a number of lists for sieges.
In this blog post, i’ll post two, one for Empire of Dust and one for League of Rhordia.
Sieges
first things first: there’s a set of siege rules. These give the attacker 25% additional points worth of defending equipment, the defender can buy siege equipment too but need to pay from their point allotment.
For starter games, I would not use these rules. Just deploy the castle in a corner and play the battle as normal to avoid having too many rules for new players.
Attacker:
The attacking list is Empire of Dust. The list features two hordes of skeletons to tie up defenders and six heavy hitters to kill walls/units on the walls. The flying pharaoh is a very tough pest that can disorder the nastiest defenders while surviving nearly any counterattack.
Defender
Defending the castle is the League of Rhordia. Foot guards, archers, shrine and volley guns defend the walls, while the knights and honour guard will counterattack as soon as the walls eventually fall. The dogs of war will defend the gate or plug a hole if a castle falls.
