This blog post is a preamble to a up-and-coming blog post where I discribe my tournament results. Since I did paint quite a few models for this tournament, this blog post describes them.
Elohi
I wanted two hordes of Elohi. Last time I got a trio for testmodels. Since then I got eight more, which I wanted to build as two hordes and a single model. In the end, I only finished eight, since more just didn’t fit.

The bases are magnetised, so they can be fielded as either four regiments or two hordes.

Secondly, I did build another phoenix. This is an additional 3d print. I love the basing of these fliers, it all ties so nicely together!
Finally, my recent blue-gre (Blue ogre) got a mate. Toghether, they are a hunter regiment which is the first unit for my 12-model ogre ambush army!

Painting tally:
A reoccuring part of this blog is the where I keep track of my minis waiting for paint, counting my number of newly accrued miniatures compared to those actually finished!
- start 1
- painted 10
- 8 elohi
- ogre hunter
- Phoenix
- New models -10. I got the following new units:
- 8 elohi
- Custom-built Goblin wingit
- Custom-built general on winged beast
These final two models are gifts from a mate of mine. JP built my wizard earlier and wanted to build me something new. I really appreciate the work he’s done on these models and they will get a good paint job one of these days!
- Total = 1
The total unpainted model remains the same. Glad I gave my price (an ambush set) away to a mate of mine, since otherwise I would have sat on another 43 goblins!
