A little bit of hobby progress:

Hobby time has stalled a bit. There’s some progress in the goblin department, but I’ve not been motivated enough to speedpaint the 60 or so goblins as there’s not fixed goal to work to. And actually, there’s something relaxing in not having to force-paint anything, so I’m not too discontent.

As such, a few of the goblins have been painted.

Here’s an additional 4 Luggits (the remaining 3d prints this time) and one rabble. The week after this, I finished 2 more rabblers:

A few days later, i found some more time painting some stuff, I I finished 2 more goblins and one knight:

The goblins consist of one old Mantic rabble (with a GW goblin head and a skaven shield) and a new Mantic luggit. I love the new Mantic luggits, though painting them hasn’t been particulary easy. Anyhows, 9/15 luggits finished and 5/30 rabble!

The knight is a story in itself. As I traded my pegasus with its original rider recently, this left my knight horde with a hole centre front:

This looks a bit sad, so I repainted half a knight to complete my knight horde. I might want to take my tournament list to a game again and then I’m gonna need him!

Painting tally

A month ago, my painting tally was -25.

This month I painted 10 miniatures (5 luggits, 4 rabble and a knight) and gave one away. It seems I have this model twice and I’m gonna paint her only once. The 2nd one I gave away.

  • start – 25
  • painted + 10
  • given away: +1
  • total -14

It’s only 14 more models to do a break-even! If I want to order some more models for the upcoming holidays, I might need to speed up painting a bit….
